A public collection summary needs an intentional Account setting. Private notes and email addresses are never included in that share page.
The collection is yours
Your records should never become a trap
Cardography is designed around five plain commitments: private by default, export whenever needed, your collection remains yours, personal collection data is not sold, and deletion has a clear process.
In one minute
- Private by default. Collection rows and notes are visible only in your signed-in workspace unless you deliberately enable a public share link.
- Export whenever needed. Every signed-in collector can download their saved collection as CSV, including free accounts.
- Collection remains yours. Cardography provides the tracking service; it does not claim ownership of your personal collection records.
- No selling personal collection data. Cardography does not sell member collection lists, wanted lists, notes or behavioural profiles.
- Clear deletion. Export first if wanted, cancel any active subscription, then use the Account page to permanently delete the account and collection rows.
Portability
CSV is an exit route
Exports include owned and wanted status, card identity, quantity, condition, grade, notes and update time so the file remains useful elsewhere.
Deletion
Confirmed and permanent
Account deletion removes the user record, saved collection, saved views, active sessions, sign-in links and personal references from support/UAT records where practical. Billing records that must be retained by payment or legal providers follow their own retention duties.
