Export

Download a CSV from your current tracker, or save your spreadsheet as CSV. Keep the original file as a backup before changing column names.

Audit

Use the free audit to test matching quality. It checks a sample, shows recognised sets, and highlights rows that may need cleanup.

Tidy

Rename unclear headings, split mixed notes into useful columns where possible, and make set names/card numbers consistent before importing.

Import

Paid members can import matched rows into owned or wanted lists with quantity, condition, grade assumptions, and notes.

Maintain

Use filters, saved views, completion modes, exports, and card-page links to keep the collection easy to manage as it grows.

High confidence

Rows include card name, set name, card number, and quantity. This is usually enough to match most standard collection spreadsheets.

Needs review

Rows have names but vague sets, missing numbers, mixed variants, or handwritten condition notes. Audit first, then tidy the unmatched rows.

Manual cleanup

Image-only lists, PDFs, screenshots, or rows with only value labels are unlikely to import cleanly without manual preparation.

Portability: Cardography includes CSV exports for your own saved collection records, so your collection data is not locked into the site.
